Far East New Materials’ 90 Degree flexible PVC cable sheath compound (HI-90) refers to sheathing material for wire and cable. It is produced from PVC as base material and auxiliary materials, such as plasticizer and stabilizer, after being mixed, plasticized and granulated. It is applicable for 35KV and below power cable sheath and the like.

II. Proposed Process Conditions
Temperature of machine body: 140°C-160°C
Temperature of machine head: 160°C
Temperature of extrusion die: 165°C
III. Packing and Storage
The product is adopted with outer packing (composite bag) together with inner packing (plastic bag) with weight per bag of 25kg. It is moisture-proof and well packed during storage and transportation.
